We staff the operation by placing key personnel in areas that require full time attention and provide staffing as needed to specific areas or tasks thus reducing the cost of maintaining an internal large staff.  Equipment is evaluated and recommendations are made for capital improvements.  We can even assist in the budgeting process from our years of experience installing and maintaining similar equipment.

At mutually agreed upon intervals you would receive comprehensive reports detailing condition, status and work order history on each piece of critical equipment.  Part of the process can be to evaluate current processes and reporting mechanisms and recommend and implement a CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) that can be used on site or accessed from remote locations.
